Marko Simonović selected at the NBA Draft
The tradition goes on – once again ABA League has proven itself to be the true cradle of European basketball, as the NBA Draft has confirmed the high quality of the top-level prospects of our regional competition.

Just like for many seasons before, ABA League had its player selected at the 2020 NBA Draft and was again recognized as a unique competition outside of North America, when it comes to production of top-level talent.
Marko Simonović, young gun, who used to play for Petrol Olimpija before in the ABA League and is now spending his time on a loan at Mega Soccerbet, was selected as 44th overall pick at the 2020 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls.
ABA League congratulates the selected youngster at the 2020 NBA Draft and is proud of his achievement and at the same time convinced that he would have brilliant career overseas, once his time arrives.
Congratulations also go to his current club Mega Soccerbet, that have proven to be a "Mega Factory" of young talent, as they are launching new prospects to the NBA year after year, with Simonović being the 12th player of the club to be selected at the Draft so far.
