EuroBasket Qualifiers: Croatia and BiH qualify for EuroBasket, Slovenia very close to join them

Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have qualified for the 2022 FIBA EuroBasket! Slovenia is just a step away to do the same.

Croatia defeated Sweden this Sunday evening to definitely seal their spot at the 2022 FIBA EuroBasket. Despite there are two more rounds to be played in this Qualifiers, Croatia have already secured one of the top 3 spots in Group D as they have won all four games so far in this stage. Split's forward Pavle Marčinković led the Croatian team toward this big win with 20 points and 8 rebounds. 

Bosnia and Herzegovina have also secured their spot at the 2022 FIBA EuroBasket as they defeated Latvia this Sunday evening at the Sarajevo tournament. Igokea’s player Edin Atić and Spars center Kenan Kamenjaš were the top scorer of Bosnia and Herzegovina in this game with 19 points.

Slovenia are very close to book their ticket for the 2022 FIBA EuroBasket as they have scored another win in the Qualifiers. Slovenia defeated Austria this Sunday evening with Cedevita Olimpija's star player Jaka Blažič being the top scorer of the winning side with 16 points.

Unfortunately, Montenegro suffered defeat in the very important match against Great Britain. The Montenegrin team still have chances to reach the 2022 EuroBasket and they will try to do that in the remaining two rounds of the Qualifiers which are scheduled for February next year.
