Game recap: At home in Laktaši Sports Hall, Igokea have prevailed over Zadar and grabbed their 7th win of the ABA League season. This means that Zadar keep waiting for their first ever win in Laktaši over Igokea in the ABA League even after 10 rounds have now been played. This win keeps Igokea in the Playoffs race, as they now have only 2 defeats alongside their 7 victories. On the other side, Zadar keep struggling to get themselves away from the Playoffs zone near the bottom of the ABA League standings, as they have won only one game in their 7 appearances so far in the regional competition.

Key moments: As the two sides have entered the second half, only a point has been separating them and the score was 33:32. However, Igokea have demonstrated fantastic defensive display in the opening six minutes of the second half, in which they went on an 11:0 run and pulled away by 12 points (34:32). There was no chance of return for Zadar afterwards anymore.

Man of the match: Marko Jošilo has had an outstanding game for Igokea this time, as he head 13 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and a valuation of 21 on his record. He is our man of the match!

Can’t trick the stats: 3-point shooting was the one that made the difference this time around, as Igokea have been shooting 3-pointers 47.8% (11/23) and Zadar only 9.5% (2/21). Obviously you just cannot play competitively with only 2 triples scored in a single game.
