EL: Crvena zvezda mts suffer defeat against Alba Berlin

Crvena zvezda mts were defeated by Alba Berlin in overtime in Round 14 of the 2020/21 EuroLeague regular season.

This defeat will certainly hurt the red-and-whites as they dropped a 14-point lead in the 4th quarter. The Belgrade side was up by 64:50 with eight-and-a-half minutes left to be played in the 4th quarter, however then Alba Berlin started scoring 3-pointers from all over the court and the visitors managed to force overtime.

It is important to add that Crvena zvezda mts had a chance to win the game in the final seconds of the 4th quarter. The score was all tied at 76:76, while Corey Walden pulled up for a 3-pointer in the final moments... Walden made the shot, however it did not cout as the ball was still in his hands when the time was up.

In overtime, Alba Berlin were a better team than Crvena zvezda mts and the visitors grabbed a valuable road win in Belgrade.
