While waiting for the next ABA League round, let's keep our fingers crossed for all regional clubs who are playing in European competitions this week.

This week only two ABA League clubs will play their European games.

Crvena zvezda mts continue their EuroLeague journey on Tuesday evening when they will face Russian side Zenit Saint Petersburg.

The red-and-whites scored a pretty important win against Valencia Basket in the previous round, which has ended their four-game losing streak in this competition. The upcoming match between Zenit Saint Petersburg and Crvena zvezda mts should be very interesting because of the fact that one of the best players of the Belgrade side from the previous two seasons Billy Baron will now face his former team for the first time since leaving the red-and-whites last summer. Baron is one of the top scorers of Zenit in the ongoing season.

In the 2019/20 season, Crvena zvezda mts triumphed against Zenit Saint Petersburg on the road by 65:58.

More than a month has passed since Igokea played their last FIBA Champions League game, while this week the boys from Laktaši will play two games in this competition, both of them at home court against Israeli side Hapoel Jerusalem.

Igokea will firstly face Hapoel Jerusalem on Tuesday evening in Laktaši in Round 3, while two days later the two sides will play another match at the same place in Round 4.

Igokea have been in very good form lately. They are on a four-game winning streak in ABA League, while they have also won their previous game in the FIBA Champions League. We all hope that Igokea’s squad will stay on the winning path and that they will make two big steps toward the next stage of the competition.
