Crvena zvezda mts have scored a very important win in EuroLeague as they defeated Greek giant Panathinaikos Athens in Round 17 of the regular season - 74:71.
The red-and-whites have had the lead throughout most part of the game, however the visitors managed to tie the score on 1 minute before the end – 68:68. And it was then when that famous Dejan Radonjić defense did their part of the job. Crvena zvezda mts team stopped two out of three offensive plays of Panathinaikos, while on the other side of the court they made all 6 free throws to seal the win.
Crvena zvezda mts have therefore returned on the winning track in EuroLeague and they now have the overall score of 6-11.
