EC: Budućnost VOLI open the Top 16 stage with a convincing win over JL Bourg

Budućnost VOLI have defeated French side JL Bourg at home court in the opening round of the 2020/21 EuroCup Top 16 stage.

The blue-and-whites couldn't have wished for a better start of the Top 16 stage. Not just that they scored a valuable win, but this 28-point margin may be very important for the final standings, if the two teams finish the Top 16 stage with the same score.

Nikola Ivanović was the best player in the blue-and-white team this evening as he finished the match with 17 points and 7 assists.

Recall that the other two teams in this group are Virtus Bologna and another ABA League side Cedevita Olimpija.
