EC: Budućnost VOLI defeated by Virtus Bologna

Budućnost VOLI suffered defeat in the away match against Virtus Segafredo Bologna in Round 3 of the EuroCup Top 16 stage.

The Italian team showed this evening why they are considered as one of the main favorites for winning the EuroCup trophy. They have had a double-digit lead all the way from the middle of the 1^st quarter until the end of the game and they are now very close to seal their spot in the next phase of the competition

Virtus Segafredo Bologna are still the only team in this group with the perfect score – 3-0, while this was the 2^nd defeat in a row for Budućnost VOLI in the Top 16 stage and their current score is 1-2.
