Story of the game: On Saturday night, Mornar will be hosting Borac at home in Topolica Sports Hall in a clash of two squads that will be missing important players on court this time due to injuries. Both Jacob Pullen and Radovan Đoković, have suffered defeats recently and will miss the forthcoming clash.

Also, it is the battle of two teams, that will be fighting to return to the winning track following recent defeats. While Mornar have suffered a home-court defeat by Crvena zvezda mts last round, Borac have been defeated at home by Budućnost VOLI, while losing afterwards in Zagreb by Cibona in a postponed game of Round 13. Altogether, Mornar seem to be in a better shape than Borac, having won 4 out of their last 5 games in ABA League, while Borac have won 2 of their last 5.

It is an important battle for both squads, since Mornar need to win in order to remain in the circle of most serious candidates for the ABA League Playoffs, while Borac, on the other hand need to win in order to escape the danger zone near the bottom of the ABA League standings in their battle to avoid relegation.
