Spars beat Sutjeska and grab their 9th win of the season

Spars have prevailed over Sutjeska on Wednesda night in Zlatibor and strengthened their position high in the standings, as they now hold 9 wins in their hands. They will be played on the second place in the standings after 12 rounds, as only Studentski centar have so far scored more wins than the Sarajevo squad and Borac are the only ones that can tie themselves in the standings with Spars in the number of wins after 12 rounds will be over.

On the other side, Sutjeska continue their season with a 4:8 record and they are now eliminated from the Playoffs race, since they are still down by 2 wins in comparison with the Top 8 squads.

Sutjeska were the ones to start this game in a more successful fashion, as they led by 3 points after the opening quarter, but Spars turned the game completely upside down in the second, which they have won by 14 points and led by 11 at the big break (26:37). In the second half, Spars have even increased their advantage and in the end they have celebrated the win with the final score of 62:71.
