Igokea have scored a huge road win against Spanish team San Pablo Burgos in postponed game of Round 3 of the 2020/21 FIBA Champions League Top 16 stage! The hero of the day was Anthony Clemmons who made 20 points tonight, including the game-winning 2 pointer just 2 seconds before the end of the match – 77:75. Still, it must be mentioned that San Pablo Burgos had one last chance to take this game into overtime as Igokea’s troops made a foul on Jasiel Rivero in the final second, giving him 2 free throws. Luckily, Rivero missed both free-throws and the score remained – 77:75.

This means that the boys from Laktaši are still in the race for the next stage, while the next match might be crucial for both sides.

Recall that Igokea and San Pablo Burgos will face each other on Thursday evening, again at San Pablo Burgos home court, in Round 5 of the Top 16 stage. At this moment, Igokea have the overall score of 2-3, while San Pablo Burgos are at 3-2 and that is why the upcoming match is so important.
