Mladost Maxbet join the Semi-finals

MZT Skopje Aerodrom have prevailed over Mladost Maxbet in the Game 2 of the Quarter-final series, but it has not been enough to advance to the Semi-finals, thanks to the great win by Mladost Maxbet in the Game 1.

Therefore, Mladost Maxbet became the third squad to qualify for the ABA League 2 Semi-finals, after previously Podgorica and Spars have done the same. In the Semis, the Zemun squad will face the winner of the Quarter-final series between Sloboda and Studentski centar.

It has been a game, which could really have gone either way, as the two sides have been exchanging leads many times throughout the 40 minutes, but with a 20-point deficit from the first game, it did not help much MZT Skopje Aerodrom.

The Skopje side have entered the final quarter with a 2-point lead (69:67) and managed to stick to it until the end of the clash, when the score was 92:86 in their favour. The aggregate score of the series has been 167:181 though.
