Story of the game: In the last game of the ABA League Regular Season, Borac will be hosting Cibona at home in Čačak.
It is a game, that might be a crucial one for Borac, since they need the win over Cibona in order to escape the danger zone near the bottom of the standings, as they are currently placed right there, with 8:17 record, just like Krka and Split. It is clear that in case of victories by Krka and Split, Borac would find themselves in trouble, as they would take the 13th spot, so winning is a must for them.
On the other side, Cibona have solved their problems last round, as they have beaten Cedevita Olimpija at home in Dražen Petrović Arena and have already escaped the danger zone near the bottom, as they cannot find themselves in the 13th place in any scenario. However, it always feels nice to finish the season with style, victoriously, and Vladimir Jovanović’s squad will want to do all in their power in order to achieve another win.
