Preseason: Mega Basket score win in their last preseason match

Mega Basket triumphed in their last preseason game as they defeated Crvena zvezda mts by 74:73. Partizan NIS and Igokea also played their prep games this Saturday evening, but they both suffered defeats.

Mega Basket triumphed in their last preseason game as they defeated Crvena zvezda mts by 74:73. In a very dramatic game, Crvena zvezda mts had a chance to take the win in the last seconds, but their summer signing Nikola Ivanović missed the game-winning shot. Karlo Matković was the top scorer in Mega Basket team with 18 points, while Nikola Jović made 16 pts. On the other side, Nikola Kalinić and Maik Zirbes made 13 points each for Crvena zvezda mts.

Partizan NIS suffered a narrow defeat against Panathinaikos Athens  - 85:89 - in the semi-finals of the Pavlos Giannakopoulos Tournament that is being played in Athens. The black-and-whites were up by 17 points in one moment, however the Greek team pulled off a major comeback and eventually won the match in overtime. Zach LeDay was the top scorer in Partizan NIS with 17 points, while Yam Madar finished the match with 15 points.

Igokea were defeated by Pinar Karsiyaka in the final of the Pinar Cup 2021 – 71:90. Igokea’s summer signing Nikola Tanasković was the top scorer in Laktaši squad with 16 points, while Antabia Waller made 14 points.
