Crvena zvezda mts were defeated by Alba Berlin in Belgrade in Round 5 of the 2021/22 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season.
The Belgrade troops simply weren’t good enough in this match, especially offensively as the scored just 63 points for the entire match. Zvezda made just 6 three-pointers out of 25 attempts, while on the other side, Alba Berlin players were 11/27 for 3-points.
The red-and-whites tried everything to turn the things around today. They refused to surrender even when they were down by 15+ points. But, this evening, they just ran into a very good opponent who had enough strength and concentration to stay in front until the end of the match.
Ognjen Kuzmić was the top scorer of Crvena zvezda mts with 16 points, while Nathan Wolters finished the match with 13 points.
