Budućnost VOLI sign contract with Donatas Tarolis until the end of the season

Just couple of hours after scoring an important win against Promitheas Patras in 7Days EuroCup, Budućnost VOLI announced that they have signed a contract with 27-year-old power forward Donatas Tarolis until the end of the season.

Tarolis has played for Turkish team Afyon Belediye so far in the 2021/22 season and he averaged 10.4 points, 5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game in the 2021/22 Turkish Championship.

Donatas Tarolis started his pro career in BC Gargždai in 2011, while after that he played for Zalgiris Kaunas, Arkadia Traiskirchen Lions, Lietkabelis Panevėžys, U-BT Cluj-Napoca and for Afyon Belediye where he spent the past few months.

The latest signing of Budućnost VOLI has won the gold medal with Lithuania at the 2017 Summer Universiade.

Donatas Tarolis, litvanski košarkaš koji igra na poziciji krilnog centra novi je košarkaš Budućnost Volija.

Riječ je o 205 cm visokom momku koji dolazi iz redova turske ekipe Afyon Belediye-a. U turskom prvenstvu ove sezone je bilježio 10.4 poena, 5 skokova i 1.5 asistenciju.

Igrao je u Žalgirisu, Lijetkabelisu, rumunskom Klužu. Sa reprezentacijom Litvanije je osvojio zlato na Univerzijadi 2017. godine.

Riječ je o borbenom igraču, odličnom defanzivcu visoke radne etike koji posjeduje šut sa distance.

Ugovor je potpisan do kraja sezone.
