Story of the game: In the opening game of the AdmiralBet ABA League Round 12, FMP Meridian will be hosting Split at home in FMP Arena in Belgrade.
It will be a game, that is extremely important for both squads in their battle for as decent positions in the standings as possible.

FMP Meridian need to win in order to stay in touch with the very top of the standings, as they are currently on a 9:2 record, just a step below the leading Crvena zvezda mts. On the other side, Split are ona a 2:9 record at the very bottom of the standings and they need to win in order to improve their chances of escaping the danger zone before next round, when they travel to Zadar to face the hosts in the Dalmatian derby.
