EC: Partizan NIS were defeated by Lokomotiv Kuban on the road

Despite putting on a very good performance in a very tough road game, Partizan NIS suffered defeat against one of the strongest teams in 7Days EuroCup Lokomotiv Kuban.
The black-and-whites were just 3 points behind – 89:86, with two-and-a-half minutes left on the game clock, but then Lokomotiv Kuban made the key 10:2 run to escape on a double-digit lead – 99:88. Partizan NIS simply could not find a way to stop Lokomotiv Kuban’s point guard Eric McCollum who scored 33 points this evening.
Gregor Glas was the top scorer in Partizan NIS team with 20 points, while Zach LeDay made 20 points for the Belgrade side.
Partizan NIS are still at the very top of Group A, but now they are sharing the 1st place with Lokomotiv Kuban as both teams have the overall score of 6-2.
