Only two AdmiralBet ABA League teams will play their European games this week – Budućnost VOLI and Partizan NIS.

After missing the last two weeks of action due to COVID-19 outbreak in their team, Budućnost VOLI will return on court this Wednesday evening in the match against Turkish side Frutti Extra Bursaspor in Round 9 of the 2021/22 7Days EuroCup regular season.

The Podgorica team have been scoring outstanding results so far in this competition as they are currently sharing the top spot in Group B (with Gran Canaria) with the overall score of 6-2, while they have won 3 out of the last 4 games. On the other side, their next opponents Frutti Extra Bursaspor have suffered 4 defeats in the last 5 rounds.

Partizan NIS are also about to continue their 7Days EuroCup journey this week as they will host Dolomiti Energia Trento on Wednesday evening. Interesting enough, Partizan NIS are in a very similar position as Budućnost VOLI at the moment.

The black-and whites are sharing the top spot in Group A (with Joventut Badalona and Lokomotiv Kuban), they also have the overall score of 6-2 and they have also won 3 out of the last 4 games in this competition. On the other side, Dolomiti Energia Trento are currently sitting at the bottom of Group A with the score of 1-7 and they lost 4 out of the previous 5 games.

2021/22 EuroCup Regular Season, Round 9, Wednesday, 12 January, 2022:

Budućnost VOLI – Frutti Extra Bursaspor (19:00)
