After missing couple of games due to COVID-19 outbreak in their team, Crvena zvezda mts are now fully ready to continue their 2021/22 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague journey. The Belgrade powerhouse will play against LDLC ASVEL on the road this Friday evening and this game is very, very important for the red-and-whites as it may have big impact on the race for the Top 8.

Recall that Crvena zvezda mts lost the previous two games in this competition in thrilling endings, so they will now want to bounce back and return on the winning path in order to catch up with the top 8 teams on the standings.

Meanwhile in 7Days EuroCup, Partizan NIS will be the first out of three AdmiralBet ABA League teams to play their game this week as the black-and whites are about to host Hamburg Towers already on Tuesday  evening. Partizan NIS are having an excellent season so far in 7Days EuroCup as they are sharing the top spot in Group A (with Joventut Badalona) with the overall score of 7-2, while they have won 4 out of the last 5 games.

This week, Partizan NIS will host a team that they have already defeated in the ongoing season as the Belgrade troops triumphed in Hamburg by 106:97. Still, it must be mentioned that Hamburg Towers are in top form ahead of this game as they scored three consecutive wins in 7Days EuroCup.

Budućnost VOLI are in a very similar position as Partizan NIS ahead of their new challenge in 7Days EuroCup. The Podgorica side are holding the 1st place in Group B, they have also won 4 out of the last 5 games in the regular season, while this Wednesday evening they will also host a German team – ratiopharm Ulm.

Budućnost VOLI defeated ratiopharm Ulm on the road in the 1st part of the season by 86:79, while it is also worth mentioning that the German team is coming to Podgorica after losing the previous two games in this competition.

Cedevita Olimpija will also play at home this week, but they are probably ahead of the most difficult challenge out of all three AdmiralBet ABA League teams in this competition, as the Dragons are about to host Spanish side Gran Canaria.

Cedevita Olimpija have won their previous game in 7Days EuroCup and have therefore ended their 5-game losing streak, so now their one and only goal is to remain on the winning path as long as they can. On the other side, Gran Canaria have won 4 out of the last 5 games in 7Days EuroCup.

Finally, we come to the FIBA Basketball Champions League where Igokea m:tel have the first match-point to advance to the Top 16 phase. Igokea m:tel are leading 1-0 in the best-of-three series against Belgian side Filou Oostende as they won Game 1 in Laktaši, while this Tuesday evening the two teams will face each other in Game 2 that will be played at Filou Oostende home court.

If Igokea m:tel win the upcoming match they will win the series and qualify for the Top 16 phase. If they lose the game, then everything will be decided in Game 3 in which the Laktaši troops would have the home-court advantage.
