Partizan NIS set the new Playoffs record for most points scored in a single half

Partizan NIS scored 68 points in the 1^st half of Game 4 of the 2022 AdmiralBet ABA League Finals and have therefore set the new Playoffs/Final Tournament record for the most points scored in a single half.

Interesting enough, Partizan NIS have broken their own record as they were the ones holding it before the Friday's game. The previous Playoffs/Final Tournament record for the most points scored in a single half was set in 2005 when Partizan scored 64 points in the 2^nd half of the quarter-final match against Zadar.

The black-and-whites were so close to break the all-time league record (counting both Regular Season and Playoffs/Final Tournament) which is 69 points for a single half. Guess who holds it? The answer is two teams and one of them is none other than Partizan NIS who scored 69 points in the 1^st half of the match against MZT Skopje Aerodrom in the 2017/18 regular season. The second team who managed to score 69 points for a single half is Zagreb  who did it the second half of the match against Geoplin Slovan back in the 2007/08 regular season.

Partizan NIS scored 112 points in that match and that is the 2^nd best score ever recorded in ABA League Playoffs/Final Tournament. Only FMP managed to score more points in a single Playoffs/Final Tournament game as the Panthers made 113 points in double overtime win against Crvena zvezda mts back in the 2004 semi-finals.

Finally, 35 points that Partizan NIS scored in the 1^st quarter of Game 4 is the 2^nd best score ever recorded in a single quarter when it comes to the Playoffs/Final Tournament games. Only Zadar managed to score more points in a single quarter in Playoffs/Final Tournament games as they made 36 points in the 2008 quarter-final game vs. FMP.
