Danilo Anđušić has returned to Partizan NIS

Danilo Anđušić will once again wear the black-and-white jersey of Partizan NIS as he signed a 2-year deal with his beloved club.

This will be the 3rd stint for Anđušić in Partizan NIS. Recall that this 31-year-old sharp shooter has already played for the Belgrade giant in the 2011/12 and in the 2015/16 seasons.

Anđušić spent the previous season in AS Monaco, while he averaged 7.7 points in the 2021/22 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, and 10.1 points in the 2021/22 French Championship.

„It is a wonderful feeling to return home, to the club I truly love. I did not leave some big mark during my previous two stints here, but I believe that in this case third time's the charm. Now, when I am older, much more experienced and in my best basketball years, I am here to once again be part of my beloved club. I do not want to talk a lot and make some big promises. I just want to work hard, to be an example to the younger players and put my ambitions in the service of the team. The goals and ambitions of Partizan NIS are always the highest, so we know what are we fighting for,“ said Anđušić.

Danilo Anđušić started his pro career in Hemofarm Vršac, while after that he played for Partizan NIS, Virtus Bologna, Valladolid, Bilbao Basket, Anwil Włocławek, Parma Basket, UNICS Kazan, Igokea m:tel, JL Bourg and AS Monaco.

Danilo Anđušić se vratio u Partizan NIS! Iskusni bek koji je prošlu sezonu igrao Evroligu u dresu Monaka, potpisao je danas dvogodišnji ugovor zahvaljujući kojem će po treći put u svojoj karijeri nositi dres Partizana. U sezoni za nama, reprezentativac Srbije je u najjačem evropskom klupskom takmičenju odigrao 30 utakmica, uz prosek od 7,7 poena po meču. U šampionatu Francuske, Anđušić je imao učinak od 10,1 poena po meču tokom ligaškog dela i 8,6 poena po meču u plej-ofu.

„Prelep je osecaj vratiti se kući, u klub koji volim, ali i u kojem u dva navrata nisam ostavio trag kakav sam želeo. Verujem da je ovog puta stvarno ’treća sreća’. Sada u zrelim, da ne kažem najboljim igračkim godinama, tu sam da budem deo voljenog kluba i tima Željka Obradovića.
