EuroBasket 2022: New victories for Croatia and Serbia
On Monday, both Croatia and Serbia achieved new triumphs in their EuroBasket 2022 games, by beating Estonia and Finland, respectively.

In Group C, Croatia have prevailed over Estonia in a game, that could have gone either way, after a thrilling finish. After 40 minutes, the score on the scoreboard has been 73:70 in favour of the Croatia National Team. For the winning side, Cedevita Olimpija big man Karlo Matković shined, as he led the way in scoring with 17 points on his record. He has been followed by Dario Šarić, who added 15 points to Croatia stats.
In Group D, Serbia have prevailed over Finland with yet another convincing display. Serbia have been up by 11 points already after the opening quarter and then went on to cruise towards the win. By halftime, their advantage was 26 points (62:34). Second half was therefore only a matter of formality and the game ended with the final score of 100:70. For Serbia Vasilije Micić and Crvena zvezda mts point guard Nemanja Nedović led the way in scoring with 14 points apiece.
