BCL: Igokea m:tel defeated in Turkey

In the opening game of their Basketball Champions League season, Igokea m:tel have suffered defeat by Bahcesehir College on the road in Istanbul.

It has been a game, where Igosi have started better than their opponents and led almost throughout the game. They were up by 4 points after the first quarter and by 8 by the big break (28:36). They were ahead all until the final minute of the game, when unfortunately the hosts turned the tide of the clash around and celebrated in the end with the score of 70:67, after Kendrick Ray missed a three-point shot which would have taken the game into overtime in case he scored.

For Igokea m:tel, DeShawn Stephens led the way in scoring with 12 points on his record, while Kosta Kondić added 9.
