The black-and-whites marked this special milestone with a road win against Cibona, which was their 349th win in the regional league. On top of that, Partizan NIS managed to score 105 points, which was their first ever game against Cibona in Zagreb in AdmiralBet ABA League in which they scored 100+ points.
Daron Russell (Mornar-Barsko zlato) scored 41 points on his AdmiralBet ABA League debut and has therefore tied the 7th best league score for most points made in a single game by one player. The all-time record is still in possession of Russell's teammate from Mornar-Barsko zlato Vladimir Mihajlović who made 46 points in the last-season match against Mega MIS.
Russell had 29 field-goal attempts which is the all-time league record for most field-goal attempts in a single game by one player.
On top of all that, Russell had 18 three-point attempts and has therefore tied Milan Gurović’s record for most 3-point attempts in a single game. Russell made 9 out of those 18 three-point attempts which is the 3rd best record for most 3-pointers scored in a single game by one player.
Borna Kapusta (Cibona) also made a remarkable performance on his AdmiralBet ABA League debut as he dished 15 assists in the match against Partizan NIS, which is the new club’s single-game record in AdmiralBet ABA League. Also that is the 7th best score ever achieved in the regional league when it comes to most assists made in a single game by one player.
Nikola Ivanović (Crvena zvezda mts) has moved up to the 13th place on the All-Time Top Scorers list. With a total number of 2,250 points scored in the AdmiralBet ABA League, Ivanović surpassed former Cedevita Olimpija and Crvena zvezda mts star player Jaka Blažič (2,249).
Alen Omić (Cedevita Olimpija) has made it to the Top 15 of the All-Time FG2 Made list as he now occupies the 14th place with a total number of 586 two-pointers made. He surpassed Jakov Vladović (566) and Sava Lešić (563).
Omić has also made progress on the All-Time Offensive Rebounds list as he surpassed Jure Lalić (345) to take over the 5th position with a total number of 346 offensive rebounds.
And that is not all as Alen Omić has also become only the 13th player in league history with 900+ rebounds. He currently has 907 rebounds on his career record and he holds the 12th spot on the All-Time Rebounds Made list.
