#ABAFutureStars: Victories for Crvena zvezda mts, Igokea m:tel, Mega MIS and Zadar

In the Laktaši Tournament opener, U19 Igokea m:tel have come up with a comeback against U19 Split, that led to a convincing win. The hosts of the tournament have been down by 4 points after the opening quarter, only to turn things completely upside-down by halftime, when they have been up by 17 (27:44). In the end, they have prevailed with the final score of 77:54. For U19 Igokea m:tel, Aleksa Čovičković and Dušan Makitan had stunning performances. Makitan had a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds, while Čovičković was the top scorer of the team with 21 points. Mateo Tomašević led the way in scoring for Split with 20 points on his record.

In the opening game of the U19 ABA League Championship Regular Season Tournament in Zlatibor, U19 Mega MIS have prevailed over U19 Borac Mozzart in a game, where they have been in front throughout the playing time. Mega led by 12 points after the first quarter, by 5 at halftime and by 13 after 30 minutes of the game. In the final quarter, they have managed to protect their advantage and they prevailed with the final score of 92:75. Bogoljub Marković had a stellar performance, as he led his U19 Mega MIS to the win with 26 points, 8 rebounds 2 assists, and a valuation of 35, as he has been followed by Andrija Jelavić, who had 25 points, 14 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal and a valuation of 34. For Borac Mozzart, Pavle Nikolić had an amazing night with 28 points, 11 rebounds, 3 steals and a valuation of 30. 

There has been a dramatic second game in Laktaši, where U19 Vojvodina met U19 Zadar and where several ups and downs were recorded. The Dalmatians were up by 5 points after the opening quarter, but Vojvodina fought back and as the two squads headed into the final quarter, the were in front by 4 points. However, Zadar made an excellent finish to the game, turned the game around once more and in the end, celebrated a 98:87 win. Gabrijel Karamarko has been the hero of Zadar this time, as he led them to the win with 20 points, 5 rebounds, 11 assists, 5 steals, and a valuation of 33. With 21 points on his record, Bogdan Zagrađanin was the most efficient at Vojvodina.

U19 Crvena zvezda mts have edged out U19 SC Derby in the first round of the Zlatibor Tournament, in a true battle all until the end of the game. The Belgrade red and white have been in front for the majority of th game, but never really managed to truly pull away. In the end, after an exciting last quarter, they have come out on top and celebrated an 81:78 win. It has been Lazar Gačić, that has been the key to U19 Crvena zvezda mts win, as he had a monter performance with 27 points, 9 rebounds, 1 steal, and a valuation of 34. On the other side, Vladimir Sudar led the way in scoring for U19 SC Derby with 2 points scored.
