EC: Budućnost VOLI suffer defeat at home against Paris Basketball

Budućnost VOLI suffered a shocking home defeat against Paris Basketball in Round 5 of the 2022/23 7Days EuroCup as they blew a double-digit lead in the 4^th quarter.

The Podgorica side were up by 65:55, with 8 minutes left to be played in the 4^th quarter, however then Paris Basketball made the key 15:2 run to take over the lead – 67:70. The French team kept pushing toward the win, yet Budućnost VOLI had one last chance to stay alive and force overtime. At the score of 74:77, Budućnost VOLI power forward  Aaron White pulled up for a 3-pointer that would have tied the score, but he missed the shot and the visitors seized the win.

Budućnost VOLI's winning streak has therefore come to an end, while their current score in 7Days EuroCup season is 3-2.
