Game recap: Mega MIS have defeated Igokea m:tel on the road in one of the most thrilling games of the season so far.

The Pink troops triumphed in overtime, while they could have easily grabbed the win much earlier as they had a 5-point lead with 30 seconds remaining in the 4^th quarter – 98:93. However, Igokea m:tel pulled off a miraculous comeback to tie the score at 102:102 and to force overtime.

Despite losing their lead in a truly incredible way late in the 4^th quarter, Mega MIS squad managed to keep their focus for the extra 5 minutes of overtime. Led by their point guard Ahmad Rorie, the visiting side scored 13 points in overtime to win this thrilling game – 115:109.

Key moments: As we have previously mentioned, Mega MIS were up by 98:93, with 30 seconds remaining on the 4^th quarter clock. But, Igokea m:tel then scored 4 points in just couple of seconds to reduce the gap to just one point - 98:97. Bryant Crawford made two free throws, while then Marko Jošilo made a steal and scored an easy lay-up.

On the other side of the court, Ahmad Rorie made both free throws for Mega MIS to extend their lead to 100:97, while in the following play Igokea m:tel star player Nikola Tanasković made a two-pointer and got fouled along the way – 100:99. However, Tanasković missed a free throw that would have tied the score!

Once again. Mega MIS point guard Ahmad Rorie was sent to the free throw line and he once again scored both shots for 102:99. But, then Rorie made a terrible mistake as he fouled Bryant Crawford while Igokea m:tel player was already up in the air attempting a 3-point shot! Crawford got 3 free throws and a chance to tie the score, with just 3 seconds left on the game clock. And, Crawford made all 3 free throws – 102:102. Overtime!

In the additional 5 minutes, two missed shots decided the winner. While Mega MIS were up by 110:107, Igokea m:tel had two big chances to tie the score. But, Bryant Crawford missed an open 3-pointer, while moments later Kendrick Ray also missed a 3-point attempt. On the other side, Mega MIS young center Mihailo Mušikić made the key offensive rebound and scored a 2-pointer to seal the win for his team – 112:107.

Man of the match: Ahmad Rorie was simply brilliant today. He scored 28 points, including one big 3-pointer in overtime, while he also had 5 assists. His overall index rating was 34.

Can’t trick the stats: There is no any significant difference in the stats between these two teams. Mega MIS simply made their big shots in key moments, while Igokea m:tel missed theirs.
