In a thrilling finish, Pelister-Bitola managed to come out on top for their sixth win of the season after besting Sutjeska. Sutjeska will have to look for their first win of the Banja Luka tournament this weekend against Spars Ilidža.
Pelister-Bitola was the better team throughout the match, by the third quarter they would build a big 19-point lead. With all hope seeming lost, Sutjeska never gave up and made a big fourth-quarter push to get back into the game for a thrilling ending to the game. Sutjeska tied up the game with 4 seconds remaining but in the final Pelister-Bitola play of the game, Ilija Varajić fouled Andrej Maslinko who hit both shots from the line for the win.
Kenneth Carpenter led the way for Pelister-Bitola, finishing the day with 25 points, 9 rebounds, and a 26 valuation rating. Vladimir Tomašević was the go-to man for Sutjeska, scoring 22 points along with 7 rebounds and a 27 valuation rating.
