TFT Skopje have scored their 3rd win of the season as they prevailed over Vrijednosnice Osijek in Round 10.
TFT Skopje were a much better side in the first 3 quarters dueing which they gained a 16-point lead – 61:45. However, Vrijednosnice Osijek almost pulled off a miraculous comeback in the final 10 minutes of the game.
Vrijednosnice Osijek reduced the gap to just 4 points (68:64), with less than 3 minutes remaining on the game clock, but then they missed some key shots that might have changed the outcome of this game. TFT Skopje managed to keep that 4-point lead until the end and to stay in the race for the Playoffs.
The hero of the winning side was Trent Buttrick who made a monster double-double with 24 points and 14 rebounds. Buttrick scored 5 three-pointers out of 5 attempts today, while his overall index rating was 37.
In Vrijednosnice Osijek team, Gojko Sudžum also made a double-double performance as he finished the match with 20 points and 13 rebounds.
