Cedevita Olimpija and SC Derby to close Round 24

Story of the game: In the last match of Round 24, Cedevita Olimpija will host SC Derby this Tuesday evening.

Cedevita Olimpija lost two of the last three games in the AdmiralBet ABA League and the Dragons have therefore dropped to the 4^th place on the standings. The Ljubljana team are coming out of a turbulent period for the club, during which they were eliminated from the 7Days EuroCup and during which they made a coach change, but everyone in the green-and-orange troops hopes that they can still change the flow of this season and get the best results when they face the most important games of the 2022/23 campaign.

On the other side, SC Derby are doing their best to win a ticket for the 2023 AdmiralBet ABA League Playoffs. The Podgorica team currently have the same number of wins as the 7^th placed Split and 8^th placed Zadar, but  with one game in hand, so if they win the upcoming match they will make a huge step toward securing their place in the Top 8 zone. However, we have to mention that SC Derby are not really in the best form as the blue-and-whites lost four games out of the last five rounds.

Cedevita Olimpija big guy Karlo Matković had a pretty good game last week when he made 14 points and 7 rebounds in the clash against Partizan Mozzart Bet.
