Story of the game: The best-of-3 series between Borac Mozzart and Helios Suns will determine who will be the final participant of the 2023/24 AdmiralBet ABA League season.

Borac Mozzart have managed to get into the 2023/24 AdmiralBet ABA League Qualifiers after a stunning road win in the final round of the ongoing season when they defeated Budućnost VOLI in Podgorica to clinch the 13^th place in the 2022/23 AdmiralBet ABA League campaign.

In order to definitely secure their AdmiralBet ABA League status for the next season and avoid relegation, Borac Mozzart will still have to win the series against Helios Suns, while their big plus in this series will be that they will have home-court advantage.

On the other side, Helios Suns ended up in the 2023/24 AdmiralBet ABA League Qualifiers after losing the 2022/23 NLB ABA League Final against Krka in one of the most epic games of the season. Yet, Helios Suns will now have another chance to reach the top tier of the regional basketball and they are coming to Čačak fully motivated to seize the away win. 

The first game of the 2023/24 AdmiralBet ABA League Qualifiers will be played in Čačak on Tuesday, April 25. Game 2 will be played in Domžale on Friday, April 28, while potential Game 3 will be played in Čačak, May 2.

Hale was the top scorer of the 2022/23 AdmiralBet ABA League regular season with 22.3 points per game, while Mahkovic was the 7^th best scorer of the 2022/23 NLB ABA League 2 regular season with 16.7 points per game.
