Alex Stein is the first newcomer in Cibona’s 2023/24 roster
Cibona have completed their first transfer this summer as they signed a contract with American point guard Alex Stein.

Cibona have completed their first transfer this summer as they signed a contract with American point guard Alex Stein.
Stein spent the previous season in Belgian team Hubo Limburg United with whom he reached the semifinals of the BNXT League. He averaged 16.8 points and 4.2 assists per game, while he was the 9th best scorer of the league in the 2022/23 season.
Alex Stein is coming from the University of Southern Indiana for which he played from 2015 to 2019. After that, he spent one year in the NBA G League as he was part of the Cleveland Charge in the 2019/20 season.
In 2021 he arrived in Europe to join BBC Résidence from Luxemburg, while after that he moved to Belgium to play for Hubo Limburg United.

Alex dolazi s američkog sveučilišta University of Southern Indiana, a prošle sezone nastupao je za belgijski Hubo Limburg United s kojim je došao do polufinala regionalne BNXT League.
Sezonu je završio kao deveti najbolji strijelac lige s 16.8 poena u prosjeku uz 4.2 asistencije.
