Crvena zvezda Meridianbet held their first team practice ahead of the 2023/24 season

Crvena zvezda Meridianbet have officially started with preparations for the 2023/24 campaign as this Saturday they held their first team training ahead of the new season.

Head coach Duško Ivanović had almost the entire team to work with already in the first training, with the exception of four players (Dejan Davidovac, Mike Tobey, Marko Simonović and Yago dos Santos) who are currently with their national teams competing at the ongoing FIBA World Cup.

Crvena zvezda Meridianbet will play their first prep game on August 31 against Spartak Office Shoes, while later on in the preseason they will face Dynamic Balkan Bet on September 3 and Borac Mozzart on September 4.

After that, the red-and-whites will participate at three friendly tournaments, including the one in Sardinia (9-10 September), the one in Munich (16-17 September) and the one in Nicosia (22-23 September).

Košarkaši Crvene zvezde Meridianbet odradili su u subotu prvi timski trening i time i zvanično započeli pripreme za sezonu 2023/24.

Trener Duško Ivanović je na startu priprema okupio gotovo ceo tim, a podsetimo da su zbog obaveza prema nacionalnom timu i učešča na Svetskom prvenstvu opravdano odsutni Dejan Davidovac, Majk Tobi, Marko Simonović i Jago Dos Santos.

Crveno-beli će prvu pripremnu utakmicu odigrati 31. avgusta protiv Spartaka iz Subotice, a zatim će odmeriti snage sa Dinamikom (3. septembar) i Borcem iz Čačka (4. septembar). Zvezda će nakon toga učestvovati na prijateljskim turnirima na Sardiniji (9-10 septembar), u Minhenu (16-17 septembar) i u Nikoziji (22-23 septembar).
