Slovenia and Serbia scored another wins at the 2023 FIBA World Cup and they are both very close to secure their spots in the second stage of the tournament.

Slovenia and Serbia scored another wins at the 2023 FIBA World Cup and they are both very close to secure their spots in the second stage of the tournament.

Slovenia defeated Georgia by 88:67 after a truly incredible performance by Luka Dončić. Slovenia star player scored 34 points in this match, while he also had 10 rebounds and 6 assists.

In the final round of the first stage, Slovenia will face Cape Verde.

Serbia presented another powerful display at the 2023 FIBA World Cup as they beat Puerto Rico by 94:77. Team captain Bogdan Bogdanović and young Nikola Jović were the top scorers in the Serbian team with 17 points, while Nikola Milutinov made a double-double performance with 12 points and 15 rebounds.

Serbia will play against South Sudan in the final round of the first stage at the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
