Game recap: In a thrilling game, Split completed the 19-point comeback against SC Derby which was capped off by Toni Perković's buzzer-beating game-winner.

The hosts took control of the game in the first quarter, they built an 11-point lead by the end of the first 10 minutes, and from that point on Split would have to play catch up. In the second quarter, Split did manage to cut the SC Derby lead to single digits but just to 9. SC Derby put together a strong offensive performance in the third quarter, they scored 28 points in the period and ended the quarter with a 16-point advantage. Split wasn't going to give up that easily, they went on an 11:0 run in the final quarter to cut the deficit to single digits. Split would not stop there, they would tie up the game with 2 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter (83:83), and from that point on until the end, it was a back-and-forth affair. After SC Derby took a 1-point advantage with 0.8 seconds remaining in the game, Toni Perković showed up for Split hitting the catch and shoot buzzer-beater to secure the win for his team. 

Key moments: With 4 minutes remaining in the game, Split went on a crucial 8:0 run to tie up the game heading into the final two minutes of the match. This gave them momentum in the final minutes, ultimately resulting in the wild game-winner from Toni Perković. 

Man of the match: Shannon Shorter put up a double-double performance helping his team get the crucial win, he finished the night with 21 points while grabbing 10 rebounds and dishing out 7 assists. 

Can't hide the stats: Despite leading for most of the game SC Derby had trouble taking care of the basketball, they had 18 turnovers which allowed Split to get on the fast break. Split turned the ball over just 12 times and outscored the hosts 24:18 on the fast break.
