Luka Božić has proven, throughout the month of December, his dominance on the AdmiralBet ABA League courts wherever he has appeared and besides the fact that he finished the month at the very top of the statistical category of valuation, he deserved himself the award with his contribution to the team's success – Zadar have won 3 of their 5 games played in the month of December.

The star player in the ranks of the Višnjik squad averaged 20 points, 8.2 rebounds, 7 assists, and a valuation of 27.6 during the games of Zadar in December.

Luka has been one of the best players all season long so far in the AdmrialBet ABA League and when asked about where he keeps finding the strength and motivation to be at his best all the time, he replied: “It’s a huge honour for me to be selected for the MVP in the great pool of big prospects and EuroLeague players. It’s my teammates, coaches and wonderful fans that keep giving me the necessary motivation and strength to keep it up.”

Zadar have been playing well so far throughout the season and recently they have come up with some big wins, like the ones against Cedevita Olimpija and Partizan Mozzart Bet. “Winning against big teams is always a great pleasure. Even playing against such teams in the atmosphere where you feel special is a great honour. However, there’s nothing more beautiful than making the fans happy and grab a couple of points in the games against big names,” Luka Božić told.

It seems like Luka and head coach Danijel Jusup have a special relationship that has been working perfectly over the past couple of seasons. The Zadar star player agrees: “I have a great relationship with coach Jusup. I am extremely grateful to him for many things and try to return it on the court. His role is very important since he is more than just a coach and I see him as a mentor and person that wishes only the best for me as a person and just by doing it he helps me become a better player.”
