EuroBasket Qualifiers: Slovenia and Montenegro seize important wins in Round 2

Slovenia and Montenegro have both scored wins in Round 2 of the 2025 FIBA EuroBasket Qualifiers.
Slovenia kept the perfect score in Group A as they defeated Israel at home by 88:79. Slovenia had a bit of a slow start in this match as they made just 8 points in the opening quarter, but then they went on to score 80 points in the following 30 minutes which was enough for them to seize their 2nd win in the 2025 FIBA EuroBasket Qualifiers.
Meanwhile, Montenegro clinched their first win in the 2025 FIBA EuroBasket Qualifiers as they prevailed over Sweden at home court – 95:70. Montenegro presented a pretty impressive offensive display this evening in Podgorica as they scored 20+ points in each quarter, while increasing their lead steadily throughout the game.
