Game recap: Budućnost VOLI pulled away with an important home win against Igokea m:tel in a thrilling finish improving to a 16-5 record. 

It was a slow start from the hosts and Igokea m:tel took advantage of their sluggish start scoring 26 points in the first quarter and held a 12-point lead heading into the second quarter. Budućnost VOLI woke up in the second quarter, they played stellar defense limiting Igokea m:tel to 9 points in the period, and took over the lead by the halftime break. It was a back-and-forth game in the second half, Budućnost VOLI would pull away by 4 or 5 points then Igokea m:tel would tie the game up and that's how the second half played where the hosts managed to hold on to secure the win. 

Key moments: After Marko Jošilo hit a three to give Igokea m:tel a 62:63 lead with 6:09 remaining in the game, Budućnost VOLI went on a crucial 10:3 run to take a 6-point advantage heading into the final 2 minutes of the game. This lead gave Andrej Žakelj's squad a cushion in the final two minutes of the game and it was just enough that the visitors could not steal the win. 

Man of the match: Yogi Ferrell was terrific for Budućnost VOLI, he finished the game as his team's top scorer with 18 points on 7/11 shooting to go along with 5 rebounds and 2 assists. 

Can't hide the stats: Andrej Žakelj had great energy from the players that came off the bench tonight, 56 of Budućnost VOLI's 79 points came from players off the bench while Igokea m:tel's players off the bench scored 28 points.
