Budućnost VOLI have extended their amazing winning streak in the AdmiralBet ABA League as they prevailed over Borac Mozzart to collect their 10th win in a row.

Game recap: Budućnost VOLI have extended their amazing winning streak in the AdmiralBet ABA League as they prevailed over Borac Mozzart to collect their 10th win in a row.
The home team struggled a bit in the first half in which they weren’t able to gain any significant lead, so they were up by “just” 7 points at the halftime – 44:37. But, then the blue-and-whites stepped on the gas pedal in the 3rd quarter in which they scored 32 points and increased their lead to double digits – 76:54.
Budućnost VOLI have therefore remained in the race for the top spot as they once again put pressure on leaders Crvena zvezda Meridianbet. The gap between the two teams is now once again narrowed to one win, but the Belgrade troops still have a game in hand.
On the other side, this was the 6th consecutive defeat for Borac Mozzart who have therefore stayed far away from the Playoffs race, but the good thing for them is that they are still safely positioned above the relegation zone.
Key moments: The third quarter was the key in this match. Budućnost VOLI came back from the halftime break fully motivated to finish the job already in the upcoming 10 minutes and that is exactly what the home team did in that period. The Podgorica side won the 3rd quarter by 32:17 to escape far away in front of their rivals.
Man of the match: Budućnost VOLI big guy Kenan Kamenjaš had another powerful performance in this season as he finished the match with 17 points, 5 rebounds and with the overall index rating of 23. What was especially impressive about his tonight’s display was his shooting percentage as he did not miss a single shot for the entire game (7/7 FG2, 3/3 FT).
