Podgorica make a step closer to the playoffs after beating Cedevita Junior

Podgorica made a big step forward towards locking up a playoff spot after they opened their final tournament in Široki Brijeg with a win against Cedevita Junior.
Cedevita Junior was the better team in the first 15 minutes of the game, they held a 10-point lead midway through the second quarter. Podgorica would not let them run away with the game, they went on a 14:3 run midway through the second quarter and took a 1-point advantage with two minutes remaining in the first half. Both teams would head to the locker room all tied up at 43.
Podgorica took control of the game in the second half, they would get their biggest lead of the game midway through the final quarter (66:78). Cedevita Junior would cut into the Podgorica lead by the end of the game but not enough to steal the win. Antun Maričević was the top performer for Cedevita Junior with 17 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists while Marko Kljajević led Podgorica to the win with a perfect shooting performance. Kljajević scored a game-high 19 points on 7/7 shooting (3/3 2FG, 4/4 3FG).
