Conclusions of the remote ABA League j.t.d. Assembly Session
At the ABA League j.t.d. Assembly Session, that took place on 5 April 2024 through Zoom application, a series of decisions about the changes and additions to the Company’s partnership agreement have been adopted, all of which guarantee further growth and development of the Company in both business and sports aspects.

The ABA League j.t.d. Assembly has adopted a decision that the AdmiralBet ABA League shall have 16 participants from the 2024/25 until the 2029/30 season, as well as to raise the limit for the highest number of possible participants from a single country from the current five (5) to six (6) clubs.
In accordance with the decision of the members of the Company, in the 2024/25 season the AdmiralBet ABA League will be composed of:
- 14 teams (14) from the current (2023/24) season
- 15th team will be the team that wins the NLB ABA League 2 championship trophy in the 2023/24 season
- 16th team is BC Dubai
The ABA League j.t.d. Assembly has unanimously (with the presence of 9 out of 11 members, without the presence of Budućnost VOLI and Partizan Mozzart Bet), adopted a decision for all the Company members to deliver power of attorney and extracts from the court register in the following 7 days, so that SC Derby could be registered as a member of the Company in the shortest possible term, and Borac Mozzart and Split could be registered as members from 15 June 2024.
