Spartak Office Shoes opens up preseason training camp

AdmiralBet ABA League newcomers, Spartak Office Shoes, have started their preparations for the new season. Vladimir Jovanović's squad got together with 7 new faces in the lockerroom (Rasir Bolton, Devon Daniels, Dušan Miletić, Kaza Kajami-Keane, Dušan Miletić, Stefan Momirov, Danilo Nikolić and Matej Rudan have all joined the team this summer) while Filip Barna, Aleksandar Cvetković and Pavle Stepanović have left Spartak this summer. 

Spartak Office Shoes has 4 preseason games scheduled, on August 17 they'll have their first test against Mladost Zemun, 4 days later they'll battle it out against Mega MIS while on September 1st and 3rd they will battle it out against Borac Mozzart and Russian club Enisey. 

"After putting in hard work last season, we had an even bigger job of putting together a new team this summer. I am looking forward to a new beginning with this club. As for the new season, I am a little more cautious, it takes some time to be able to say what our fans can expect from us in the new season. I hope that we have chosen the right players, above all the right people, who will take this system to a higher level. If so, as I said, I hope for good games and good results. As for the friendly matches, since renovations are in progress (the hall is being renovated), we will be here for a few more days and then we will travel around Serbia, to Divčibare and Nova Pazova. After 13-14 days, we have matches with Mladost from Zemun, Mega MIS, Borac Mozzart and  Enisey. We are certainly missing a couple of friendly matches, which we will try to schedule in the coming period", said Vladimir Jovanović following the first practice.

Što se tiče nove sezone, malo sam oprezniji, potrebno je da prođe neko vrijeme da bih mogao reći što naši navijači mogu očekivati ​​u novoj sezoni... Što se tiče prijateljskih utakmica, pošto su radovi u toku (hala se renovira), bićemo ovde još par dana i posle idemo na proputovanje po Srbiji, na Divčibare i u Novu Pazovu.

Posle 13-14 dana čekaju nas utakmice sa Mladosti iz Zemuna, Megom, Borcem i ekipom Jenisej. Sigurno da nam je fali par prijateljskih utakmica koje ćemo pokušati zakazati u narednom periodu", rekao je Vladimir Jovanović.
