Presenting 2024/25 Admiralbet ABA League Teams – Mega MIS
Are you ready for the new generation of Mega MIS super talents?
The Pink troops are ready to once again steal the show from some much more famous teams and to win the hearts of all basketball fans from the region.
Last season, Mega MIS reached all the way to the semi-finals of the AdmiralBet ABA League, while on that journey they scored some memorable wins as they managed to beat both Crvena zvezda Meridianbet and Partizan Mozzart Bet in the regular season and then to eliminate Cedevita Olimpija in the quarter-finals. On top of that, the club launched some new top prospects into the basketball universe as Nikola Topić and Nikola Đurišić had a breakthrough season after which they were both selected in the 2024 NBA Draft.
Now, it is time for some new young stars to shine, while the whole process will still be supervised by young and very talented head coach Marko Barać who really had two fantastic years in Mega MIS. Barać is therefore getting ready for his 3rd consecutive season at the helm of the Pink troops and he will once again have a lot of hot prospects to work with in the following year.
First of all, Mega MIS have kept 6 players from the previous season, including Bogoljub Marković, Filip Jović, Andrija Jelavić, Timotej Malovec, Stefan Miljenović and Mihajlo Milutinović and literally each of them can become the new golden boy coming from the Mega academy.
The club then added 8 new players to the 2024/25 roster, with the oldest of them having 23 years.
Mihajlo Petrović, Aleksa Milenković and Marko Vukčević and Urban Kroflič came from OKK Beograd, Dušan Tanasković arrived from MZT Skopje Aerodrom, Sergej Macura from Ilirija, Kosta Kondić from Igokea m:tel, while young German basketball sensation Jack Kayil came from Rasta Vechta.
This brand new Mega MIS team have already showed to have huge potential as they won 5 out of their 7 preseason games. And, we are therefore very excited to finally watch them playing at the big stage when the new AdmiralBet ABA League season begins next weekend.
