Story of the game: Spartak Office Shoes will host FMP Soccerbet in the last game of Round 4.
Spartak Office Shoes opened the season with two consecutive defeats, firstly against SC Derby on the road, while then they lost the home match against Partizan Mozzart Bet.
Yet, last week, the Subotica troops made history as they scored their first ever win in the Admiralbet ABA League by defeating Krka on the road. Now, the blue-and-whites want to achieve another historic result – to seize their first ever home-court win in the top tier of the regional basketball.
But, the home team won’t have an easy task on that mission as the visitors have been playing very good at the start of the new season.
FMP Soccerbet have opened the 2024/25 campaign with a 2-1 score. The Panthers firstly defeated one of the regional giants Cedevita Olimpija at home court, then they suffered a narrow defeat in the city clash against Mega MIS on the road, while finally, last week FMP Soccerbet beat Borac Mozzart at home. The Belgrade team therefore now want to score their first away win of the season and continue with great results in the ongoing ABA campaign.
Match-up in focus: Rasir Bolton (Spartak Office Shoes) vs. Vojislav Stojanović (FMP Soccerbet).
Bolton is the 3rd best scorer of the season at the moment with 17.7 points per game, while last week he picked up the MVP of the Round award as he recorded an index rating of 31 in the win vs. Krka.
Stojanović is also having a great start of the season as he is currently the 8th best scorer of the 2024/25 ABA championship with 16 points per game.
