Cibona have put an end to their 10-game losing streak in the AdmiralBet ABA League as they defeated Krka on the road after the overtime thriller.

Game recap: Cibona have put an end to their 10-game losing streak in the AdmiralBet ABA League as they defeated Krka on the road after the overtime thriller.
Cibona have been in front during most of the match as they gained a 14-point lead already in the 1st quarter. Still, Krka played an excellent 4th quarter in which they managed not just to get back in the game, but to take over the lead.
In a dramatic ending of the 4th quarter, each side missed their opportunity to seize the win in the final moments, so the game went into overtime.
In the additional 5 minutes, Filip Bundović stepped up for Cibona as he scored 9 out of his team’s 14 points to push the Wolves toward the victory.
Cibona now have the overall score of 3-16, while Krka are just in front with the overall score of 4-15.
Key moments: In the last moments of the 4th quarter, Filip Bundović missed a 3-pointer that would have won the match for Cibona. But, he made his shots in overtime! Bundović scored 6 free throws and 1 extremely important 3-pointer for Cibona in the additional 5 minutes of the game to win the match for his team.
Man of the match: Of course that this award today belongs to Filip Bundović. He finished the match with 22 points (9 in overtime) and with the overall index rating of 31.
Can't trick the stats: While Cibona were 12/27 (44.4%) for 3 points, Krka were just 10/35 (28.6%) from behind the arc. The home team simply missed too many 3-pointers, especially in the key moments of the game.
