Conclusions of the ABA League j.t.d. Assembly session
The ABA League j.t.d. Assembly has, at an extraordinary session, that took place on 2 April 2025 through Zoom application, adopted a series of utterly important decisions and conclusions for the further growth and development of all of the competitions under its umbrella.

In an extremely constructive atmosphere, the current state of the Company has been analyzed and on that occasion, a series of precise indicators of extremely successful business and profitability were highlighted, which all clearly speak of the constant strengthening of the brand of the ABA League j.t.d. in all fields, both in sports and business point of view.
The Company members have been informed about to course of current process of selling of commercial (media and marketing) rights and have on this occasion adopted a decision regarding the concrete steps in the continuation of the process, that will ensure a strong partnership for the ABA League j.t.d. and make new big business and sports breakthroughs possible.
In the spirit of further strengthening and growth of the ABA League brand, the members of the ABA League j.t.d. Assembly have converged their positions, demonstrated a high level of unity and paved the way that guarantees that in the shortest possible term all of the key issues, above all the issues of ownership structure and the limitation of the number of clubs from a single country, would be solved. With that same goal in mind, the ABA League j.t.d. Assembly has opened the question of expansion of the 1st ABA League, which will be one of the key topics, that will be discussed at the continuation of the ABA League j.t.d. Assembly session, that is scheduled for 14 April 2025.
