Krka Extends Contract with Guard Niko Bačvić

Krka Novo Mesto has confirmed that Niko Bačvić will continue to wear the green jersey for the upcoming ABA League season, as the Slovenian guard has signed a contract extension with the club.

Bačvić, a 191 cm tall playmaker born in 1997, joined Krka ahead of the 2023–24 season. Last season in the ABA League campaign with the team, he featured in 19 games, averaging 3.7 points, 2.3 assists, and 1.1 rebounds in just under 14 minutes per contest. 

His professional journey has taken him through several Slovenian clubs. After beginning his senior career with Radenska Creativ Sobota (2013–2017), he spent time with Slovenske Konjice, Mesarija Prunk Sežana, and Ilirija Ljubljana, before a one-year stint with Helios Domžale.
