Jan Rebec reinforced Krka
In the forthcoming season, the 31-year-old shooting guard Jan Rebec will again be wearing the jersey of Krka.

“I am looking forward to returning to Novo mesto, to a club, where I have spent a successful season before. I am happy to soon be cooperating again with the team and the coaching staff, to which I am thankful for the trust warranted in me. I hope that I will thrill the fans with great performances and that they will support us in the new season proudly and loudly and lead us towards the great results,” Jan Rebec told as he returned to Krka.
Last season, Jan Rebec has had an amazing ABA League 2 journey, where he has been the second-leading player in terms of valuation after the regular season. Playing for Široki TT Kabeli, he has been averaging 17.4 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game.
Rebec started his basketball career in his hometown of Pivka. In his career, he used to play for Koš Koper, MARC Ajdovščina, LTH Castings, Šenčur, Petrol Olimpija, Šentjur, Krka, Borac WWIN, Zlatibor Mozzart and Široki. In the 2020/21 season he has already played for Krka and won the Slovenian Spar Cup.

Jan Rebec okrepil krko
V novi sezoni bo dres novomeške članske ekipe znova nosil 31-letni branilec strelec Jan Rebec.
"Vesel sem, da se vračam v Novo mesto, v klub, kjer sem že preživel uspešno sezono. Veselim se sodelovanja z ekipo in strokovnim štabom, kateremu se zahvaljujem za zaupanje. Upam, da bomo z dobrimi predstavami navdušili navijače, ki bodo tudi v novi sezoni glasno podpirali klub in nas ponesli do dobrih rezultatov," je ob vrnitvi povedal Jan Rebec.
Jan Rebec (letnik 1993, 192 cm) je v minuli sezoni navduševal v Ligi ABA 2, kjer je bil po rednem delu drugi najbolje ocenjeni posameznik tekmovanja. V dresu Širokega je na tekmo dosegal 17,4 točke, 4,8 skoka in 3,2 asistence.
Svojo košarkarsko pot je začel v domači Pivki. V karieri je nosil dres številnih slovenskih in tujih klubov: ŠD Koš Koper, MARC Ajdovščina, LTH Castings, Šenčur, Petrol Olimpija, KK Šentjur, KK Krka, Borac (BiH), Zlatibor (Srbija) in Široki (BiH). V sezoni 2020/21 je že igral za Krko in s klubom osvojil pokalni naslov (Pokal Spar).
