In the opening game of the ABA League 2 this week, TFT Mozzart Skopje have edged out Vojvodina mts at home in their SRC Kale in Skopje.

This way, the Skopje squad remain undefeated this season in the second-tier regional club competition, after they have prevailed over Radnički on the road in Kragujevac the round before and will be placed in the upper half of the standings when the Round 2 ends. On the other side, Vojvodina mts are now on a 1:1 record, after beating Primorje 1945 last round at home in Novi Sad and losing on the road against TFT Mozzart Skopje and they will be placed in the middle of the standings after 2 rounds.

It has been a dramatic encounter from the beginning and until the end in the SRC Kale Sports Hall, where TFT Mozzart Skopje made the final push late in the last quarter with a 13:1 run between 33rd and 39th minute of the game, that converted their 56:65 deficit into a 69:66 lead with 95 seconds left in the game, that they did not let go of again until the end of the game.
